Last year the deanery committed to become a Dementia Aware Deanery. Training was organised for representatives from every parish and on Sunday 14 May at St Mary the Virgin, 2.30pm we will be celebrating this achievement as well as pledging to continue to develop our churches as places which welcome those with dementia and their carers.
