WorshipTimes of Services
Everyone is welcome to join in our services of worship. We use the traditional Holy Communion from the Book of Common Prayer at the 8am Service and Common Worship for all other services of the Eucharist. On the fourth Sunday of the month we have All Age Worship which is specially adapted for children and young people and our young people take an active part in the worship. There is a midweek Communion service on Wednesday mornings at 9.30am in the Branch Church and at 10.15am in the Parish Church. The 10.15am service is followed by refreshments and a chat at the Welcome Morning. Evening Prayer with Taize at 6pm on the fourth Sunday of the month is a quiet time of worship including prayer meditation, hymns, chants, and silence. The reflective quiet mood is a rare gift in our busy world and enables us to re-connect spiritually with God in private prayer alongside others. Come and see. Please keep an eye on the News for any changes to this pattern of worship. |
