Caring for one another

Church is a community and like all good communities we do our best to support one another through difficult times. As well as praying for those who are unable to come to church because of ill health or difficult circumstances, and sending our good wishes, we also take church to people at home.
A small team of visitors, some of which are clergy, take Holy Communion to people in their own homes. In addition, Mr Chris Jones and his team take services of Holy Communion, and other services in some of the care homes round about. Please contact Mr Chris Jones for further details.
